The experts are MAIA consultants who are available to answer specific questions. The MAIA consultants have extensive experience in operating martial arts schools and have a wealth of information to share with maSuccess.com members.

Can you explain the three MAIA programs?

The Value program is an entry level program for those who are not currently MAIA members. In this program, users will be able to familiarize themselves with the maSuccess information base and will be sent the monthly maSuccess magazine.

The Success program is a part of the MAIA membership. In addition to the monthly SuccessKit, users will have access to all of the information on maSuccess.com.

The Elite program is the highest level program available to professional martial artists. This program supports a school's growth and assists school owners in reaching their full potential by teaching them effective strategies as proven by the industry's most successful professionals.

What are the terms of use for the maSuccess.com site?

How can I download the information I want?

It is easy to download the information you want, when you want it. Once you have located the information you want to download, click on "Get Membership Now" or download if you are login to the site. Follow the directions to download the articles, ads, videos, or audio recordings you want.

How long do I get to keep the information I download?

The information is kept for one month in a personal library for you. The information is stored by our server. Once you save the information to your computer, it is accessible on your terms.

How can I resolve any technical difficulties I have?

Is the site secure for financial transactions?

Yes, all financial transactions will take place over a Secure Server Locket (SSL).

How do I know what I have already downloaded?

Your information is stored in one location once downloaded. You can check this section whenever you like. If you try to download an item you have already downloaded, an alert will notify you to look in your download folder.

Can I modify the ads I download?

Yes, the ads will be formatted so you can add your schools information to them. The graphics section of the ad is not modifiable.

What happens if I accidentally try to download something twice?

You will be notified of this occurrence. It will not negatively impact any of your benefits as a site user.

Is everything in the Success Kit available online?

The Success Kit provides martial arts professionals with monthly DVDs, CDs, ads, and newsletters. maSuccess.com provides martial arts professionals with much of the same information, but in an electronic format. All SuccessKit content will eventually be rotated through the site. But not all content will be available at one time. It is not recommended that you discontinue saving your monthly SuccessKit.

How does the three day trial work?
